The exact origin of Tang Soo Do, as with most ancient martial arts, is obscure, but the ancestral art of Korean Tang Soo Do can be traced back around 2000 years. Tang Soo Do is an excellent way to get fit and training will undoubtedly enhance your co-ordination, confidence, fitness, strength and flexibility through hand to hand fighting techniques, self defence, weapons, sparring and forms. However, we also put great weight into teaching the student to become a 'better person', to respect those around them, to be humble about their abilities but also to have an indomitable spirit. Wisbech Tang Soo Do is a family friendly club, offering lessons to both male and female students of all ages ( 6+ ). Its instructor Donna Harvey, a 2nd Dan Black belt with over 20 years martial arts experience is fully qualified to teach, is CRB cleared and First Aid certificated. First lesson is free.
